It's as simple as this. TAKE THE PIRATES OVER FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON. Had it not been for awful starting pitching, the Pirates season would have a much more positive outlook than it currently does. McCutchen isn't a .240 hitter and he'll show you that soon enough, and when he does, look for the Pirates to march their way well into the top 10 in runs batted in. With the errant Matt Garza (1-3, 5.74) on the mound, the Pirates should be able to have plenty of baserunners. Luckily for the Brewers, they won't have the only errant pitcher starting the game. Francisco Liriano (5-9, 5.11) is averaging nearly 6 walks per 9 innings. The ace from a year ago has been struggling all season aside from a few solid starts mixed in. Liriano and Garza are sure to guarantee a fun game to watch with plenty of baserunners .
