I don't usually like to bet against the Royals due to their deep batting order and dominant bullpen, but the Indians sending Salazar to the mound is enough to warrant it for me tonight. Salazar (10-3, 2.75 ERA) will be going up against spot starter Brian Flynn (1-0, 2.39 ERA). Flynn is normally a reliever but due to the Royals starting 5's inability to perform in the first half, manager Ned Yost is reaching out for anything he can get. In the end of the day, Salazar is my favorite to win the AL Cy Young this year and I don't see him being out dueled by a spot starting Brian Flynn. Only way the Indians lose this to me is if the game comes down to late inning bullpen work.
